The Job in a Nutshell: Essentially, your job will be to manage and deliver a portfolio of engineering and product development programs, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be: Leading multiple project activities across full lifecycle stages. Working closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets. Driving change, risk, and resource management across assigned programs. Monitoring program performance, resolving high-level issues, and identifying improvement opportunities. Managing stakeholder communication and providing accurate, timely reporting. Leading global teams to define product roadmaps aligned with business and customer priorities. Building business cases, cost roadmaps, and managing customer-facing project activity. Supporting new technology development in the rapidly evolving heavy vehicle industry. Should You Apply?
