KnoWho Recruitment is partnering with a leading creative & digital media marketing agency to hire a Senior Account Director.
The Role
We’re looking for a client servicing leader who’s confident being the point of escalation, while still staying hands-on across one or more flagship accounts. This is an integrated role, so you’ll need a solid grasp of creative, digital media, and strategy, and be comfortable working closely with business leads to deliver and help shape the agency’s offering. App experience is key for this role too!
As Senior Account Director, you’ll play a key part in the agency’s growth story: building relationships, spotting opportunities, and strengthening the commercial and creative output across your portfolio. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the senior point of contact and escalation across key accounts
* Lead flagship client relationships with confidence, clarity and calm
* Oversee integrated projects spanning creative, digital media and strategy
* Partner with internal business leads to deliver best-in-class client solutions
* Support in pitching, upselling and helping shape the agency’s commercial offering
* Mentor and guide the client services team, setting the standard for great delivery
* Drive growth across accounts through strategic thinking and proactive leadership
* Ensure smooth operations, clear communication and strong client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior client services role within a creative, digital or integrated agency
* Strong understanding of creative development, digital media and strategic thinking
* Comfortable leading large accounts and acting as the senior escalation point
* A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and elevating a team
* Commercially-minded, collaborative, and confident in fast-paced environments
* Someone excited by agency growth and playing a key role in that journey
