Science Curriculum Leader - Huddersfield Secondary School (Immediate Start)
Academics Educational Recruitment is supporting a Huddersfield secondary school in the search for an experienced and driven Science Curriculum Leader to start as soon as possible.

About the role:
* Lead and manage the Science department across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Drive high standards of teaching and learning across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
* Develop and implement an engaging and effective Science curriculum
* Support and mentor teaching staff within the department
* Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment
? Who we're looking for:
* An experienced Science Teacher with leadership or middle leadership experience
* Confident teaching across Science disciplines
* Strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment
* A proactive and inspirational leader with excellent communication skills
Essential requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven track record of strong classroom practice
* Experience supporting or leading within a department (e.g. Head of Department, KS Coordinator)
