Katie Bard are seeking an experienced, proactive and hardworking Candidate Recruitment Consultant to join a close knit team of high performing consultants on a part time basis working circa 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally from within the Commercial sector in areas such as Business Support, HR, Marketing, Legal or Finance. This is a truly unique role for somebody who loves all things candidates who wants to focus on helping indviduals secure their dream jobs! Katie Bard are part of the internationally recognised Angela Mortimer group and whilst the Birmingham office is a close knit team you will have the support of the global company.
This role will focus on sourcing the best candidates for roles with some of the largest and most prestigious organisations in the Midlands and the regions, writing high class adverts, CV searching, utilising social media and their own network to attract candidates alongside conducting thorough face to face interviews and providing full career advice and support to candidates. You will have strong coordination experience in supporting coordinate candidate interview, prepare candidates for interviews alongside making verbal offers to candidates to help generate fee income for the Birmingham office.
The ideal candidate must be an experience consultant who is flexible in their approach to work, happy to work in an unstructured environment and work in a target based environment. You will ideally be degree educated and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
This role is 3 days a week (ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday though this can be flexible) and is office based in Birmingham City Centre.
