Job Title: Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer
Location: Zones 1 – 3 (All Travel Covered)
Salary: Up to GBP43,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Benefits: Company tools and uniform provided
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification required
Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification required
23 days plus bank holidays
Overtime available
12 company training courses a year and offer for further trade training if candidate passes probation
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
* Perform electrical installations, fault finding, and repairs
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
* Participate in an on-call rota as required
Essential Qualifications And Skills
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
* Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installations
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications And Skills
* Test and Inspection qualifications (e.g., 2391)
* Experience with building management systems (BMS)
* Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance
