We are now looking to strengthen our night operation at our Whetstone Depot by recruiting an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee all night-time depot activities and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved. The Role Reporting into Depot Management, you will take full responsibility for night operations, ensuring effective planning and scheduling to meet operational demand. Key responsibilities include: Supervising the palletised network night operation, working both on the drive-through with Hub Operatives and within the office environment Experience with vehicle planning - Essential Experience operating a Forklift Truck Ensuring the achievement of operational targets and service level agreements (SLAs) Effectively supervising the night shift team, acting as the first point of contact for operational queries Acting as an escalation point for any issues arising during the shift Being the responsible person on shift for Health & Safety compliance and adherence to company procedures Hours of Work 45 hours per week 22:00 – 08:00, Monday to Friday Overtime available during peak periods throughout the year What We Offer Competitive salary There is a discretionary Group Profit Share scheme that pays a quarterly bonus.
