GSL Education are looking to appoint a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in schools in Brigg. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in SEND or care who is passionate about making a difference.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
* Assist in delivering tailored learning and support plans
* Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
Requirements:
* Essential: Experience working with children or adults with additional needs or a background in care/support work
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
