Overview
Bath Veterinary Group are hiring! We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term contract for approximately 12 months. The successful candidate will have previous reception and customer service experience and be confident interacting with clients to provide a high level of service and customer care. This role includes travel between all Bath Vets branches, located in and around Bath, Melksham, and Keynsham. You must be able to travel between surgeries on the same day.
Rota and hours
Average of 21.38 hours per week.
* Week 1: Tuesday 14:00-19:00; Wednesday 14:00-19:00; Thursday 14:00-19:00; Friday 13:00-19:00
* Week 2: Tuesday 14:00-19:00; Thursday 13:30-19:00; Friday 13:00-19:00
* Plus 1:4 Saturdays 13:00-18:30; Plus 1:4 Sundays 08:30-13:00

* Meeting and greeting clients
* Booking appointments
* Dealing with queries
* Taking payments
* Dispensing medication
* Interacting with customers

Located in Bath, Rosemary Lodge is a long-established Tier 3 veterinary hospital equipped with on-site MRI, CT, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and in-house diagnostic capabilities.
