We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
* Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain a positive working environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food production techniques.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
* Previous restaurant experience is essential, with a focus on delivering high-quality dining experiences.
