Rewards Specialist
Location: Derby, UK (3 days on-site) I 6-Month Contract
Rate: Umbrella: up to £350.00 per day
We are looking for 2 Rewards Specialists to join a globally respected technology company that develops cutting-edge solutions to deliver clean, safe, and competitive power technologies. This is a 6-month contract based in Derby, providing the opportunity to support global reward programmes during a high-volume period, helping recognise and motivate employees across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do:
* Support operational delivery of reward processes, including salary reviews and annual incentive plans.
* Ensure accurate data management across HR and payroll systems.
* Assist with cyclical reward activities, reporting, audits, and compliance checks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation and process guides.
What You’ll Need:
* +3 years of experience with pay awards, bonuses, or reward data.
* Comfortable working with large datasets and strong Excel skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
