With an impressive portfolio of hedge funds, private equity firms, credit and real estate funds - including both established global players and innovative market disruptors - this team sits at the forefront of private capital tax advisory. You will play a pivotal role in client relationship management, technical delivery, and team leadership, as well as driving business development within this thriving practice.
The Opportunity:
* Lead complex UK and international tax advisory projects across a wide range of private capital and asset management clients.
* Advise on key tax matters including fund structuring, asset disposals, reorganisations, and partnership tax.
* Act as a trusted advisor to a high-profile client base across alternative investment structures.
* Oversee the delivery of technically complex advisory projects, working across multiple jurisdictions.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
* CTA / ACA / ACCA / or equivalent qualification.
* Proven expertise in UK and cross-border tax advisory for asset managers and private capital clients.
* Practical knowledge of fund structuring, UK partnership taxation, and corporate tax issues within the sector.
* Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach to client delivery.
