We are looking to recruit a small number of apprentices who can support us with the growth of our Manufacturing Engineering team to meet the future needs of our industry. After completing a robust recruitment process our apprentices will be supported to embark on their career journey, throughout which they will receive a highly competitive remuneration and flexible benefits package. You will spend your first year attending The Engineering Skills Academy in Bicester where you will spend time learning the fundamental skills of our sector. For the remaining time you will work at on site at Banbury whilst undertaking invaluable work experience, where you will learn the basic principles and underpinning knowledge needed for your career. For the remainder of the programme, you will develop the skills and knowledge by completing Manufacturing Engineering projects under the supervision of our ME Leads.
