Cover Supervisors play a crucial role within schools, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis. While lesson planning and preparation are not required, exceptional communication and strong classroom management skills are essential.
Key Requirements
Possession of a CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least six months’ relevant experience
Confidence in managing classes of students aged 11 to 16 and above
Ability to maintain positive behaviour and encourage active engagement within the classroom
Flexibility to work across multiple departments and with various age groups as required
