Following a period of consolidation, along with investment in a brand-new kitchen display, we now plan to grow the kitchen side of the company. We are looking for a talented Kitchen Designer to join our team, who has the self-motivation and desire to take on the challenge of driving us forward.
You will be responsible for designing and selling our kitchens, media walls and other furniture requiring installation, whilst providing a professional and tailored service, offering your knowledge and expertise as part of the service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with long-term ambition — the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, ultimately running the kitchen department as the business Grows.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Meeting and greeting customers on arrival at the showroom and guiding them through the possibilities.
* Carry out technical surveys.
* Producing inspiring designs and accurate quotations.
* Delivering engaging client presentations with expert advice.
* Manage client expectations throughout the design and installation process to ensure satisfaction.
* Liaising with the rest of the team to oversee the project management and client journey from initial designs to final installation, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
* Overseeing the transition from creative rendered visual, to actual real life finished product.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 5 years industry experience, preferably more.
* Experience in team or project management.
* Full UK driving license.
* Proven experience in conducting technical site surveys, overseeing installations and liaising with trades people is essential.
* Ability to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
* And just to be clear – we don’t sell Generic German Kitchens. We design and build kitchens that are truly bespoke — tailored, crafted, and unique to every client.
* Intermediate level CAD/SKETCHUP would be very useful.
* Knowledge of BORA cooking systems is a strong advantage.
* Proactive, team player that can contribute to sales and business growth.
* Clear path to a senior leadership role within the kitchen division
