Originally called ‘The Half Way House Hotel’ because it was halfway between Poole and Bournemouth, its name changed in 1997. We’re growing our kitchen team and looking
for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep
the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and
