Site Services Manager
Location: Single Site, Bristol
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
We’re looking for an experienced soft services leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. The Site Services Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of catering (deli offer), cleaning, security and reception services at our Bristol site.
About The Role
As Site Services Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for both the client and our onsite teams, ensuring that all services are delivered seamlessly, safely and professionally. You will lead service enhancement initiatives, drive customer service excellence and ensure operational delivery is consistently outstanding across all functions.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Leading, developing and motivating a team of 12 to deliver high performance across catering, cleaning, security and reception.
* Enhancing customer service standards and continually improving the onsite service offer.
* Overseeing specialist or 3rd‑party service partners to ensure seamless delivery.
* Acting as the first point for client communication, addressing queries and escalations with professionalism and care.
* Ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and all relevant health & safety requirements.
* Managing stock levels across cleaning supplies, catering materials and disposables to ensure service continuity.
* Coordinating hospitality, catering and onsite events, working closely with stakeholders to deliver smooth execution.
* Managing and monitoring reactive work requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
About You
* Experience in a similar role in an IFM or bundled services environment.
* Experience managing catering is essential.
* Experience in cleaning, security and reception is ideal.
* Passionate about customer service with a proactive and hands‑on management style.
* Skilled people leader, confident addressing performance, coaching and HR‑related matters.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective problem‑solving ability.
* Competent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to support occasional out‑of‑hours needs.
* Hold or willing to complete training for a SIA licence.
