This role is ideal for a senior clinician who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical standards, and mentoring colleagues while remaining hands-on in practice.

* 4-day working week
* 1 in 4 weekends
* No OOH (on-call only for overnight inpatients if required)

* Strong small animal clinical background
* Previous senior or leadership experience
* Passion for gold-standard, evidence-based care
