Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (8 hours - Friday 11am - 3pm & Saturday 9am - 1pm)

Role Overview
You will be the face of our business, greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You will attentively understand our customers' needs and learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
1. Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
2. Provide exceptional service, utilizing your product knowledge to assist customers in-store and across channels.
3. Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
4. Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and setting up new stock on the shop floor.
5. Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
6. Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
7. Support floor moves, sale setups, and product launches.
8. Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.

1. Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.

6. Team-oriented with good time management skills.
