Job Description
Finance Assistant - Hybrid duties:
3. Assisting in the day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, expense claims, and payments.
4. Reconciling financial transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy.
5. Supporting the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
6. Assisting in payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records.
7. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
8. Providing administrative support related to financial activities.
The Successful Applicant
Finance Assistant - Hybrid criteria:
9. A background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
10. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
11. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
13. An understanding of financial regulations and compliance procedures.
14. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
