We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our IT sales team, drive revenue, and shape our vendor partnerships.
What You’ll Do
*
If not already, work towards becoming a 'Broadcom Knight' via the Broadcom Knights Program.
*
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
*
Build and execute smart sales plans to grow revenue and margins across new and existing accounts.
*
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
*
Take a hands-on approach to mentoring, setting KPIs, and fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
*
Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy and vendor solutions with business goals.
*
Support your team in closing key deals and developing new opportunities.
*
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to keep R-Com the easiest partner to work with.
*
Present performance updates to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
*
Strong knowledge of software and hardware solutions, digital workspaces, and licensing requirements.
*
Knowledge of the Broadcom Knights Program and willing if not already to partake in this.
*
At least 2 years of proven success managing B2B sales teams in ICT, tech, or consulting.
*
Consistent record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
*
Ability to manage your own sales pipeline and meet individual goals.
*
Skilled in CRM management, data analysis, and opportunity tracking.
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Bonus: A certified Broadcom Knights or willing to partake in the Program. Experience with VMware Cloud or an existing vendor/client network.
