* Zuma – Hot chocolate, matcha, chai and sauces
* Bristol Syrup Co – Cocktail syrups made for the UK’s best bars
What you’ll be doing
As a National Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering growth across the Out of Home channel focusing on independent cafés and chains and supporting in Contract Catering.
Responsibilities
* Managing and growing a portfolio of regional and national foodservice accounts
* Spending at least three days a week in the field meeting customers, prospecting and activating menus
* Identifying opportunities and securing listings of Beyond the Bean Brands
* Working closely with distribution partners to ensure availability for our customers.
* Supporting customers with seasonal beverage development and menu innovation
* Building strong relationships across multiple levels of customer businesses
* Full ownership of your CRM and pipeline, forecasting accurately and hitting targets
* Working closely with our Bristol team on training, events and customer launches
* Representing the business at events
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience in foodservice, Out of Home or FMCG
* Strong understanding of route to market
* Good knowledge of the UK coffee and café scene.
* Confidence managing accounts and developing new business
* Comfort spending regular time in the market, meeting people face to face
* A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* A positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine passion for great drinks and hospitality
* Based in London
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Out of Home, ideally within coffee or FMCG
* Willing to travel across the UK when needed
* A good communicator and collaborator, comfortable influencing at all levels
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and CRM systems
