We are looking for an Accreditation Officer to join our People Operations Team on a 3 Month FTC. This key role will see you at the heart of our operations, supporting both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure accreditation process for every event. From issuing staff and partner passes to liaising with venue teams and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, you’ll play a vital part in keeping everything running safely and professionally behind the scenes. You’ll manage the accreditation process end-to-end – working with internal departments and external partners to understand their access needs, issuing passes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the daily running of our accreditation systems and office. You’ll work as part of our growing People Operations Team to help implement robust operational standards and contribute to creating a welcoming, professional environment that reflects Co-op Live’s values. What we’re looking for: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in events, venue operations or security coordination Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems (training provided) Excellent communication, timekeeping and attention to detail A collaborative approach and ability to work well under pressure Confidence, professionalism and a proactive, can-do mindset Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team in a high-profile setting.
