Recruitment Business Manager – Northampton Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics
Pay Range £37,000 - £47,000 per annum + uncapped commission. Up to £47,000 with car allowance plus uncapped bonus. Location: Northampton (Brackmills) | Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 from home (Driving required).
Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead the Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics sector in Northampton.
Responsibilities
* Running a successful 360 recruitment desk across this sector
* Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants
* Growing market share across the Midlands
* Building strong client relationships and winning new business
* Driving performance, quality and profitability

* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
* Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership
* Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus
