Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse looking to join a supportive, family-run environment? We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our welcoming 40-bedded nursing home in Porthmadog, North Wales.
About Us:
Nestled in a peaceful setting, our family-run nursing home provides high-quality care across two fully-nursing floors. With a positive CIW report, we pride ourselves on our person-centred approach, a warm and friendly team culture, and our commitment to excellent clinical care.
We are currently overstaffing the home to ensure manageable workloads and optimal resident support – offering both day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle.
💷 Salary & Benefits:
£20.50 per hour
Breaks fully paid
Days or nights available – full-time or part-time

🩺 Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies
Lead and support care staff in daily tasks
Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and internal standards
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly
Act as a key worker for assigned residents, building meaningful relationships with them and their families
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
Previous nursing home experience is essential
Strong communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for elderly care and a kind, professional manner
Ability to work well within a team and independently
