The Position Job Title: Apprentice Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer Apprenticeship Duration: 13 months Assessment Location: Worchester WR6 6PA Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm Hybrid (Depending on work schedule) Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 Our company are an ambitious and growing SaaS startup, and we’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career to gain hands-on experience and grow alongside a fast-moving technology company. Role and Responsibilities: You will work closely with the founder of an established marketing agency to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, content creation and client projects while developing your marketing knowledge through your apprenticeship programme. Marketing strategies and campaign direction will be created with the agency, and you will play an important role in bringing these strategies to life through content creation, scheduling and campaign support. You will also gain exposure to how marketing strategies are developed, including learning about content pillars, campaign planning, audience targeting and brand positioning. Alongside the creative side of marketing, you will gain experience in reporting and analysing campaign performance, helping to review social media insights and marketing results to understand what content performs best and how campaigns can be improved. This role provides valuable experience across both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry. Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns for client projects Writing social media captions, blog posts and marketing copy Creating simple graphics and social media content using tools such as Canva Assisting with video editing for social media content using tools such as CapCut Supporting email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and client communications Assisting with website updates and uploading content Conducting market and competitor research Supporting content creation days, photoshoots and video content Assisting with PR outreach and influencer collaborations Helping prepare monthly marketing reports and analysing campaign performance Supporting general with organisation and administration What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and creative, with a genuine interest in marketing and content creation. They should enjoy thinking ahead, planning content and bringing ideas to life. The perfect candidate will: Be highly organised and able to plan ahead Have a creative mindset and enjoy developing ideas for content Be proactive and willing to take initiative Have strong attention to detail Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Additional skills and interests include: Strong interest in social media and digital marketing Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn Interest in design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut (not essential) An interest in email marketing, with exposure to platforms such as Mailchimp being beneficial Confident written communication skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace No previous marketing experience is required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
