About the role:
Acting as the central planning authority, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate evolving inputs into structured, achievable plans that support effective governance and confident decision‑making.
* Identify and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and assumptions
* Act as the central focal point for all programme planning activity
* Keep plans accurate and up to date as delivery progresses and inputs evolve
* Support programme governance and reporting with clear planning artefacts
* Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure plans are understood, owned, and achievable
Requirements
* Proven experience in a PMO, Project or Programme Planning role.
* Experience working in complex, multi‑workstream programmes.
* Ability to turn discovery outputs into clear, structured delivery plans.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* High attention to detail with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset.
* Experience in application or technology‑led programmes is desirable.
