Customer Team Member
Location: 123 Stock Road, Billericay, CM12 0PR
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 28 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 6am - 12pm Tuesday to Friday, and 6am - 10am Saturday, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
What youll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, work in our in-store bakery and do all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyones day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
