Facilities Project Manager – Bath Preservation Trust
We are recruiting for a Facilities Project Manager to start in January 2026.
This full‑time role (35 hours per week) offers a salary of £40k and 34 days of annual leave (including bank holidays). The role is permanent following a 6‑month probation period.
Key responsibilities
* Ensure all environments are safe, compliant, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
* Manage and oversee capital projects, ideally within public buildings.
* Oversee facilities management and health and safety compliance.
* Communicate and plan with internal stakeholders.
Required experience and skills
* Experience in a facilities management role.
* Thorough understanding of Health and Safety.
* Excellent communication and planning skills.
* Experience managing capital projects (preferably in public buildings).
