The Role
Sitting within a specialist supply chain team supporting a large, complex business unit, you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end procurement activity across a diverse supplier base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a forward-thinking, transformation-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing contract administration, including maintaining accurate records and processing contract changes
* Providing analytical insight to support commercial and procurement decision-making
* Supporting the development and tracking of KPIs to measure supplier and contract performance
* Running low-complexity sourcing activities and supporting supplier selection processes
* Identifying opportunities to increase engagement with SME suppliers
* Monitoring supplier risk across areas such as resilience, financial health, and sustainability
* Supporting Supplier Relationship Management through performance and spend analysis
* Contributing to a major systems transformation programme, including the transition to a new Source-to-Pay platform
* Driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and ways of working

Experience & Background
* Degree educated or equivalent experience
* Interest in pursuing or working towards MCIPS (desirable)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in using technology to enhance procurement and supply chain performance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
