The Role
:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be providing exceptional care and education to children while fostering a secure and stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage children in various activities, including arts and crafts, music and movement, and outdoor play.
2. Facilitate holistic child development through play-based learning
3. Monitor progress, communicate with parents, and ensure classroom safety
4. Collaborate on EYFS-aligned curriculum development
5. Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
6. Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
7. At least 2 years of experience in childcare or nursery setting.
8. Level 2 / Level 3 EYFS qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
9. Knowledge of the EYFS framework and a commitment to promoting children's holistic development.
10. First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to undergo training upon employment).
11. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
12. Enhanced DBS check.
13. Right to work in the UK.
