Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide outstanding personalised care to elderly and vulnerable residents. You will have a proven track record of developing and motivating teams, as well as excellent organisational and management skills. You will also have experience in marketing, business skills, and running a successful, good or outstanding-rated care home.
