As a Property Management Administrator, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the Property Director & Head of Group Services & Head of Property and maintaining the property management database. Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Property Management Administrator with Huws Gray: Working with the finance team colleagues to ensure that all property rents are paid/received by relevant due dates, consistent with the company’s contractual commitments, including direct liaison with landlords and their managing agents as required. Coordinating weekly Property Team meetings and itineraries. Maintaining the Property Director’s diary commitments, arranging appointments, accommodation and responding to emails, dealing with post, etc. Maintaining a log of repairs and maintenance issues that are instructed by the Facilities Management team to enable regular reporting on cost commitments. Working with the property team to expand the company’s list of approved suppliers across the geographical regions of the group and ensure that these suppliers provide regular updates of their accreditation, insurances and other contractor management requirements. Assisting the Facilities Manager to administer a programme of preventative maintenance, coordinating and collating reports of remedial works to enable recommendations to be made to the Property Steering Group.
