If you require any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process, just let us know how we can support you.The Recipe (About the Role)The role aims to oversee the secure production workflow, guiding materials from their arrival to the completion of finished products within the designated factory. You'll achieve this through strong team influence, ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and staff morale meet key performance indicators.Ensure compliance with legal, food safety, health, safety, environmental, and people policiesOversee KPI targets and results for the factoryDirectly take care of and assist your team to meet objectives through coaching and adherence to standardsOversee training and development to maintain required experience within the teamEffectively allocate resources to meet budget and production goalsReport on shift results regularly and ensure delivery of the production planOversee improvement projects and encourage continuous process enhancement within cross-functional teamsAccountable for team performance development through coaching and accountability measuresThe Ingredients (What we need from you)Key Know HowDemonstrated expertise in successful facilitation and coachingProven experience in high-level team management within a FMCG setting or a comparable industry, preferably with direct involvement in manufacturingFamiliarity with business improvement methodologies and toolsPossession of IOSH Managing Safely certification or a willingness to pursue itAlignment to Weetabix valuesAre always curious to finding new ways to do business!Have the aptitude to demonstrate how you keep up to date in your field of expertiseDesirable SkillsWorking knowledge of D365Level 3 Food Safety and HACCPYour Bowl of Perks (Benefits)Competitive Salary & Annual Flexible benefits & Shift Allowance We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, career, and life outside work.Annual bonus % Double-matched pension scheme (up to 12% from us)Annual Salary reviewHealthcare planDiscounted Weetabix productsTo support our employees, we also offer:Continued investment in your personal developmentWe believe in balance, whether it's for family, rest or simply time for you.
