At LGIM Real Assets, we’re looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our growing Impact & Specialist Strategies team. 1. Supporting the preparation of asset business plans from acquisition through to asset management
2. Modelling cash flow and total return expectations for the Fund
3. Assisting with research and underwriting of potential acquisitions
4. Delivering ESG initiatives and integrating them into asset strategies
5. Contributing to internal and external fund reporting
6. Networking across the Private Markets platform and with external stakeholders
7. Enhancing and maintaining fund models, including investor due diligence
8. Supporting IPIF and Leisure Fund with quarterly investment returns and modelling
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Holding a degree (2:1 or equivalent) in a relevant field, with or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. RICS, IMC)
10. Demonstrating strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
11. Bringing experience in real estate, ESG, or asset management
12. Showing proficiency in Excel and modelling tools (e.g. Argus, MRI)
13. Communicating clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
14. Thinking independently and taking initiative to deliver results
15. Collaborating effectively within a team and across departments
16. Embracing innovation and continuous improvement
