Shift Allowance & company benefits Key Responsibilities: You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage, whilst on shift you will receive a shift allowance & hand over payment. Tasks include: * Operating automated filling and packaging machinery * Conducting process testing and analysing data * Completing batch documentation and collecting samples * Maintaining GMP standards across all operations * Performing bulk and end-of-line packaging * Carrying out in-process quality checks * Relocating inspected or packed materials * Supporting clean-in-place (CIP) procedures and HSE compliance What you will need: * GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English * Strong team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach * Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment * Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement * Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential To apply, please submit an updated CV.
