Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Shifts: 1 on 2 off shift pattern (10 full shifts a month including sleep ins)
Salary: £31,200 per annum

Bright Starts Childcare Group is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker at our brand-new home in Luton. Led by a passionate Registered Manager, supported by an experienced Responsible Individual (RI), and guided by a driven Director, our organisation is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children in our residential setting. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual who shares our commitment and enthusiasm to join us as a Senior Residential Support Worker.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to children in our residential setting.
* Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.
* Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
* Support and engage with children in recreational and educational activities.
* Collaborate with the management team to ensure the overall well-being of each child.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar senior role, with a background in residential childcare.
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of the issues affecting children in care.
* Passion for personal and professional development.
* Hold a valid driving licence.
