The Role You will be involved primarily in corporate support and advisory work, providing strategic employment law advice on a range of transactional and standalone matters. While there may be some exposure to litigation, this is not the core focus of the role. Key Responsibilities Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, redundancies, and senior executive matters. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. Supporting clients with day-to-day HR and employment law queries. Collaborating with other practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters. Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4 years' post-qualification experience in employment law. Strong background in corporate support and advisory work within a reputable US or Top 20 law firm. Excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
