We are seeking an organised and proactive Community Engagement Officer to assist the Head of Communities (HoC) in driving community development and resident engagement. In this role, you will provide key support for consultation activities, maintain the Resident Voice database and help manage community events. You will assist the HoC in gathering data, preparing reports, and disseminating KPI information, while also coordinating the logistics for community initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and community engagement, preferably within a housing environment, and be skilled in communication, database management, and IT. You will be expected to liaise with residents, support team publications and attend events as required.
