The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your pipeline and partner relationships, driving revenue and margin growth across Software and Professional Services as well as managing accounts.

This is a true growth role you’ll be trusted to use your commercial insight, judgement, and relationship-building skills to make things happen.

You’ll be responsible for:

* Winning and onboarding new partners and vendors

* Growing revenue within existing accounts

* Building strategic vendor and partner relationships

* Driving cross-sell, upsell, and services adoption

* Executing go-to-market plans with key vendors

* Delivering against ambitious revenue and margin targets

You won’t just manage accounts you’ll build them, scale them, and turn them into long-term growth engines.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Owning and delivering sales targets across Software and Professional Services

* Identifying, prospecting, and converting new partner opportunities

* Building and managing long-term relationships with vendors and partners

* Driving partner enablement and go-to-market activity

* Managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM with precision

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

* Leveraging vendor programmes, funding, and incentives to maximise growth

About You

You’re a commercially sharp, results-driven BDM with a passion for partnerships and revenue growth.

You’ll bring:

* Proven experience in business development, channel sales, account management, or vendor management

* Strong understanding of Unified Comms, Cloud, SaaS, or services environments

* A track record of hitting (and beating) sales and margin targets

* Confidence in negotiating and closing complex opportunities

* Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills

* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience in cloud communications or the wider communications ecosystem is highly desirable.
