Job Title: Estimator

About the Role
Are you an experienced Estimator seeking a new challenge? Would you enjoy working for a large national group? We have an exciting opportunity due to growth to join a large, national contractor delivering timber frame units across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing accurate cost estimates
* Managing your pipeline alongside the sales team to ensure jobs are prioritized correctly
* Liaising regularly with technical & production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Providing cover for customer sales inquiries when needed
Essential Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills across all levels
* Good understanding of MS Excel & AutoCAD
* Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage your workload effectively
* Good business and commercial awareness from the construction industry
