About The Role
Kids Inc Nurseries is a group of children's nurseries in and around the M25 area providing childcare and education for babies and young children aged from 3 months to 5 years. We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to administer all payroll functions, whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
Job Role
* Be a key point of contact for people related queries
* Day to day management of Sage 50 and ensuring all employee records are kept up to date
* Coordinate with the on-boarding process for all new starters, administration of all employee documentation, inductions, and scheduling
* Coordinate the leaver process, promoting a positive company outlook
* Track staff absences
* Assist with HR and recruitment activities where necessary
* Actively promote our ‘nurture, educate, inspire’ ethos to our nursery teams
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Have strong knowledge and experience in Payroll
* Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Be able to work efficiently and complete tasks on a timely basis
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with very strong grammar/spelling
