You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enabling business transformation. You will focus on analysing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions and support change management initiatives.

Responsibilities
11. Map current retail processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state workflows aligned with transformation objectives.
12. Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
13. Inform and influence cross functional stakeholders with compelling recommendations for change, rooted in data and insights.
14. Partner with Tech and business teams to implement automation solutions and integrate systems for improved process efficiency.
15. Support organizational change by developing communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive user adoption of new ways of working.
16. Define KPIs and track process performance to ensure improvements deliver measurable benefits.
17. Facilitate and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure process changes are embedded and sustainable.
18. Maintain comprehensive documentation of process designs, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
19. Stay current on emerging technologies and process improvement trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications
32. Experience in business process engineering, transformation, or continuous improvement.
33. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and process mapping tools.
34. Experience with retail operations and systems (ERP, POS, supply chain platforms).
35. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
36. Strong communicationand stakeholder management abilities.
37. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
38. Experience with automation tools (.UiPath, Power Automate).
39. Familiarity with change management frameworks (.,ProsciADKAR).
40. Exposuretodigital transformation initiatives in retail.
41. Strategic thinking and innovation.
