About Us
Emme Mama is a maternity apparel brand. We run a high volume of paid social video ads on Meta targeting expecting mothers, and we need a skilled video editor to keep our creative pipeline running while a core team member is on leave.
What You'll Do
Edit and produce 10+ paid social video ads per week from existing raw footage, UGC clips, and brand assets
Assemble ad variations (hooks, CTAs, formats) for A/B testing at scale
Review ad performance data and extract insights on what's working and what's not

Concept and pitch new ad ideas based on performance trends and brand direction
Attend a biweekly call to review results and align on creative strategy
Deliver ads in platform-specific aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
Quick turnarounds with light revisions — this is a volume role
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio of direct-response or performance marketing video ads (not brand/cinematic — we need ads that sell)
Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Experience with UGC-style ad formats: talking head, product demos, testimonials, try-on hauls
Comfortable analyzing Meta Ads Manager data and translating results into creative direction
Comfortable working at pace — 10+ deliverables per week is the baseline
Familiar with what performs on Meta (text overlays, pacing, hooks)
Reliable communication and ability to hit deadlines independently
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
