1st Line Support Engineer MSP | Hove, East Sussex
We are currently working with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hove that's looking to bring a 1st Line Support Engineer into their growing team. This is a full time onsite role.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for tech and great customer service skills who's looking to build a career in IT support within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of client IT issues, from password resets and Outlook issues to more complex troubleshooting, all within a structured escalation process. Ideal for someone with 618 months of IT support experience or a strong IT foundation looking to get into the MSP world.
Tech Stack / Experience Needed:
1. Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and basic troubleshooting.
2. Experience or exposure to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
3. Good working knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking, and remote support tools.
4. Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal.
