Seeking an Investment Associate to support dynamic Energy Infrastructure investments across Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop financial models to assess new investment opportunities and conduct market research analysis.
* Support due diligence processes in collaboration with senior team members and review legal and financing documentation.
* Assist in deal structuring, closing processes, portfolio management, and debt refinancing.
Candidates will work alongside global specialists in areas such as ESG and sector-focused teams. Key qualifications include strong analytical and financial modeling skills, solid foundation in financial statement analysis, and high-level written and verbal communication skills.
A 3-4 year experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or a similar transaction-oriented environment is preferred along with infrastructure or renewable energy investment exposure and familiarity with Central and Eastern European markets.
