Management AccountantLocation: LeedsUp to £50,000 (DOE) + Study Support
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established and growing organisation, who are looking to bring a Management Accountant into their Leeds-based finance team.

You’ll take ownership of monthly management accounts, provide clear variance analysis, and work closely with stakeholders to drive performance and control costs.
Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs to support strategic decision-making
* Leading finance input into budgeting and forecasting processes
* Driving cost control initiatives and identifying areas for improvement
* Partnering with department heads to provide meaningful financial insight
* Developing and enhancing financial models and reporting tools
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies
* Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Providing ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives
Key Skills & Experience required:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified / Qualified (QBE considered if you have large business exposure)
* Proven experience in a management accounting role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Experience with Power BI, Microsoft D365, NetSuite or similar systems is advantageous
