You will be joining a growing estate andmercial property team responsible for managing a diverse portfolio delivering a full estates function including landlord & tenant, valuations, asset management, disposals, acquisitions and advisory work, with a strong emphasis on professional development and varied exposure.
Your new role
As a Chartered GP Surveyor, you’ll support the day‑to‑day management of the estate, covering industrial, retail, tels, rural and operational assets.
Your work will include:
1. Managing landlord & tenant work (lease renewals, assignments, rent reviews, sublettings).
2. Supporting annual asset valuations and periodic Red Book valuations.
3. Undertaking inspections, estate management duties and advisory work.
4. Supporting transactional matters, overage cases and development‑related work.
The role offers exceptional breadth, where no two days are the same.
What you'll need to succeed
5. General Practice MRICS qualification essential.
6. 1–2 years post-qualification experience, with exposure to landlord & tenant andmercial property work.
7. Strongmunication skills and confidence dealing with a broad caseload.
8. A desire to work across varied asset types.
9. Ability to work collaboratively.
