Leamington Spa Full-Time Monday-Friday Brellis Recruitment is working with a well-established, UK manufacturing business based in Leamington Spa, who are looking to appoint a Quality & Environmental Engineer to support their site compliance and management systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a graduate with relevant exposure or a junior to mid-level engineer looking to develop their career within quality, environmental and regulatory compliance. Quality & Environmental Engineer Role
Working closely with the Head of Quality, you will play a key role in ensuring the site maintains compliance with quality and environmental standards, as well as customer and regulatory requirements. This is a
systems and compliance-focused role, with involvement across audits, documentation, and continuous improvement of management systems. Key

Responsibilities
Support and maintain
ISO 9001 (Quality)
and
ISO 14001 (Environmental)
management systems Assist with compliance to
regulatory and customer requirements
(e.g. REACH, RoHS, IMDS, COSHH) Coordinate and support
internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions Maintain accurate
compliance documentation, records, and submissions Support
New Product Introduction (NPI)
with compliance and regulatory input Liaise with suppliers to obtain and validate
material declarations and certifications Contribute to
quality and environmental reporting, including KPI tracking Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Health & Safety About You
Degree qualified in
Engineering
(Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar) Experience or exposure to
quality and/or environmental management systems Knowledge of
ISO 9001
(essential) and/or
ISO 14001
(desirable) Understanding of compliance or regulatory requirements within manufacturing Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Good communication skills and the ability to work across teams Desirable (but not essential)
Exposure to
IATF 16949
(automotive standard) Experience with
IMDS or material compliance systems Internal or external
audit experience Knowledge of
