About the Role
* Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure consistent adherence to maintenance programs and practices across all facilities.
* Act as the Subject Matter authority for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring effective use, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
* Support both capital and non‑capital projects by ensuring reliability fundamentals are embedded throughout. Champion the Early Equipment Management (EEM) process to drive robust design, smooth commissioning, and long‑term asset performance.
* Spearhead the development and implementation of Criticality Assessments and Risk‑Based Maintenance evaluations to maximise asset performance and mitigate operational risks.
* Collaborate with manufacturing and support teams to guide and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring technical failures and breakdowns.
* Identify and head Value Optimisation projects that enhance asset performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration.
