We’re looking for enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils and staff in Hertfordshire's Secondary Schools. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience, develop key skills, and prepare for teacher training.
Your Role:
* Support literacy and numeracy across Key Stages 3 & 4
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist with lesson prep and classroom management
* Work with SEND pupils using inclusive strategies
* Grow your teaching skills in a structured setting
* Take on more teaching responsibilities over time
